Traceability Pilot Project, a Growing Forward initiative to increase your profitability and strengthen your competitive position.
The Traceability Pilot Project is designed to evaluate and recommend ideal traceability technologies for key links in the supply chain that are practical and cost effective. Projects must be related to the traceability initiatives of age verification, animal identification, and livestock and product movement.
The Traceability Pilot Project is targeted at key participants in the livestock supply chain. Project selection and applicant eligibility will be based on the recommendations of targeted industry working groups.
Assistance will be on a cost shared basis between the government and the applicant, with a maximum payment of $100,000 per pilot project.
